Zdravím reklamácia dopadla nasledovne. Všetko prebiehalo len prostredníctvom telefonátov a mailovej komunikácie.

Videa boli preskumane.
Vyrobca to nepovazuje za vadu, vymena displaya by s najvacsou pravdepodobnostou problem nevyriesila.
Vyjadrenie z Panasonicu: Thank you for uploading videos.
Please check video with 70% white test pattern, its clearly visible that my opinion was correct, a reddish patterns are visible only on some angles and amount of reddish is also changing depending from angle of view. . It is a normal phenomenon for Oled TV. This is not sudden defect which occurred in Tv – customer noticed it now because we have a winter sport season. Similar situation is du to banding phenomenon – which is mostly visible on white or gray even patterns, every year we have more complains In winter because customers can see it only when they watch white winter sports
. As I already described such phenomenon is well known in OLED technology and is not treated as defect by panel manufacturer. Its called OLED reddish or yellowish ( OR Red/ yellow Mura) . It is a common thing in big size OLED panels due to presence of polarizer(phosphor) filter on from of panel witch causing some slight changes in color emission of panel depending form angle of view.
Bellow id a screen form factory investigation report of allowed picture phenomenon’s witch may be present in OLED TV. Unfortunately this info is for internal use ONLY and cannot be shared with customer
